Cranberries [heart] Girls Night In

Last Thursday, the USA Cranberries Institute hosted a fabulously cool event at White Revolver in Bondi. With psychics, manicurists, three minute angel massages and delicious cranberry infused drinks and food it was practically girl heaven.

Topless models provided the gorgeous male waiters (unfortunately clothed) and Amber Renee from Project Runway hosted the evening.

The photo above was taken in the GNI photo booth. The props were provided and certainly made for a lot of laughs and made a great souvenir of the night.

So long, farewell... (guest post from Jodie)

So, ladies we have now reached October and it's so exciting to hear about all the wonderful events that are being planned. (Check out our facebook page if you want to see what other hosts are planning).

Unfortunately, our lovely events intern Khira (AKA Girls Night Insider) is finishing up her internship and is returning to uni to complete her final exams. Khira has been amazing and we could have got through this year without her!

So what will happen with this great blog without her????

Well, we have decided to keep the blog going in her honour and now will have guest posts from the team as they attend events throughout the month.

And to bid Khira farewell, tonight we will be hosting a 'Girls Night In(out)' tonight with the team in the office. Stay tuned for photos to be posted next week.

Best, Jodie

45 women a day are told that they have a women's cancer, what a devastating statistic! When I read stats like this it gives so much more meaning to the work I'm doing at the Cancer Council and so too should it to all you Girls Night In hosts out there. So whether your hosting a pampering night or Jane Austen DVD marathon thanks again for your support!

How much we spend

A survey conducted by Cancer Council has shown that women spend, on average, $75 on going out. I hate to say it but after reading the dot points on the donation form I no longer wonder wear my pay check has gone.

P.s I regret to inform you that if I'm being honest I have to tick the 'Lousy kebab on the way home', shameful I know. I bet I'm not the only one??
